The process of creating a book cover is complicated and demanding, and every genre is different. This is why I can't offer a fixed pricing for every cover. The price depends on the complexity of the design, the number of revisions, the time it takes to create, the number of licensed stock photos I use, and many other factors.
Generally, the price for a book cover is $250 for an e-book + full wrap package, but it can go lower or higher. The best way to find out is to contact me and tell me more about your project.
HOW IT WORKS
You email me at [email protected] and tell me what kind of cover you need. I will ask you to fill out a cover art questionnaire that is designed to make me understand as precisely as possible what your wishes and expectations are.
If you decide to work with me, you will pay a deposit (usually $100), and after you provide me with the filled out questionnaire, I get to work on your cover. Depending on how booked I am, it will take a few days for me to present you with a draft of your cover.
Because my questionnaire is so detailed and I have almost a decade experience in graphic design, 99% of my clients are happy with the first draft and require minimum changes at most. However, if you would like a complete change of concept, we will discuss it and an additional fee might apply.
After I deliver the final files, I will send you an invoice for the remaining payment. And I might ask for a testimonial to add you to my list of many happy clients. :)
